Finding a restaurant that pleases everyone can be very stressful, so let me take care of everything and enjoy a stress free dining experience. After a 20 year career working in some of the very best restaurants in the UK & France, including 1 & 2 Michelin starred kitchens, I have decided to go out on my own as a private chef to bring you delicious fine dining food in the relaxed atmosphere of your own home. I`ll take care of everything, all you have to do is sit back, relax & enjoy the experience.

I believe in letting the natural flavours of food speak for themselves, which is why I love classical French cookery, with no need for fancy foams or gels!
We are so lucky in Cornwall to have such amazing produce, from the freshest fish landed daily in Newlyn & St Ives to some of the best meat, poultry & dairy in the country. I only use the very best seasonal produce from local suppliers who I have worked with for many years.
