I have been a chef since the age of 15 & have been lucky enough to have worked at some of the very best restaurants across the UK & France, including the 1 Michelin starred Reads in Faversham, Kent & the 2 Michelin starred Chateau De Beaulieu in Busnes, France. I have always loved food so where better to call home now than Cornwall, with its abundance  of great producers & suppliers.

These days I use my training in classical cookery to turn excellent local produce into fine flavours that you can enjoy in a relaxed intimate manner in the comfort of your own home.

I believe in letting the natural flavours of food speak for themselves, which is why I love classical French cookery, with no need for fancy foams or gels!
